• Description

  If you are replacing a lost /damaged card, we need the serial number of your CLEO II unit, which is located in the battery compartment.

  This is to ensure you receive the relevant card for the age of your unit.

  PLEASE NOTE:

  If you've acquired a second hand unit /module or programme card, you must ensure that the chip is compatible with the control unit, so again, we require the serial number.

  There are 3 types of chip which only work with specific serial numbers. Using the wrong card could cause irreparable damage to your unit.

  Please contact us by email with your serial number for advice if you are unsure.
