Cancellation Rights: in compliance with The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013

Refunds are accepted and given subject to compliance with the agreed Terms & Conditions below.

Notice of cancellation must be provided by post, fax, email or verbal communication NOT longer than 14 days from date of delivery.

  • Return of Goods

Goods must be returned to the registered company address with 14 days from cancellation in a resale-able condition. The consumer is under duty to take reasonable care of items in their possession, therefore items returned used, damaged or tampered with will not entitle consumer to full cancellation rights. This includes contents and packaging that form part of the whole item.

Where an item comprises one or more component parts and any of those parts have been used, damaged or are missing, the company reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund value at the current retail price of the item/s in question to make the product resale-able.

The consumer is liable for the cost of return postage, if necessary, insuring the parcel against loss or damage in transit.

  • Purchase Incentives

All items offered as purchase incentives form part of the whole purchase, and must also be returned complete and unused to qualify for refund. Items not returned or returned not in a resale-able condition will be charged at the current retail price.

  • Postage & Packaging

Where postage & packaging is charged or applied separately as an additional enhanced service, it is non-refundable upon cancellation of the order.

  • Obtaining Your Refund

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the goods back subject to the terms and conditions being met as set out above.

Monies will be credited to the original payment method only, without exclusion.
