How to use:
There are three ways to benefit from the sleep tight body & shower drops:
WAY 1
Massage 3-4 drops into your upper chest and shoulder's before climbing into the shower.
Once under the warm water, breathe in deeply & exhale slowly to benefit from the calming scent.
Wash off as per your normal shower ritual.
*An alternative method for use in the shower.
Place 6-8 drops in a small dish at the bottom of the shower & slowly and let the warm air release the stress relief scent; breathe in deeply & out slowly.
WAY 2
Use as a bath oil; add 6-8 drops in the bath.
Lie back and breathe deeply to relax and inhale the calming benefits of the STRESS RELIEF scent.
WAY 3
As a massage oil to target stiff & aching muscles with a stress relief body massage.
Rub, smooth & massage the oil into the skin to relax & revive mind, body & mood.
