Cleo devices are covered under a standard FREE 12 months manufacturers guarantee, but if your product develops a fault after that time, you would be liable for the cost of servicing, repair or replacement.

 VALUE FOR MONEY 

Although all Cleo systems are manufactured to the highest standard and we would expect you have many years trouble free service, we do recommend that at such a reasonable price, it is worth protecting your investment.

Warranty is offered on all electrical component parts & labour, but does not cover accidental / deliberate damage or mis-use.

Consumable items are not included in the warranty cover. (Consumable items include leads/cables, lotions, batteries). Plastic casings are also excluded.
