well worth buying, especially at the price !
I already have a plastic version of this roller but I must say this one seems to work so much better because it is wider so that makes it more stable. I would certainly recommend this product to anyone who has foot problems, but would say it's not a quick fix - from experience it will take a little time to see any improvement, but well worth buying, especially at the price !

Highly recommended.
I’ve tried a range of products for massaging the Plantar Fascia, and this one was the best. The ridges allowed me to target the affected areas brilliantly. Used on the non-affected foot, it provides a lovely sensation which emanates up from the foot to the rest of the body.
