As a general rule cold therapy is used to help with acute pain, inflammation and swelling: heating is not recommended for the eye mask, however it may be used heated at your own discretion.

HOW TO USE

Place gel bead eye mask in a plastic bag and place in the freezer for at least 30 mins or chill In the refrigerator until desired temperature is achieved. Place mask over the eyes ensuring the fabric side is against the skin. Adjust straps for a comfortable fit. Wear for up to 20 minutes at a time.

NB: heating is not recommended for the eye mask, however it may be used heated at your own discretion.
