Our migraine band is filled with therapeutic gel beads to soothe your throbbing head and sinus pain. This innovative technology allows the band to be chilled in the refrigerator for cold therapy. Soft and flexible, the gel beads conform to the contours of your forehead for optimal coverage, so you can be sure every niggling spot of discomfort will be exposed to their cooling properties.

As a general rule cold therapy is used to help with acute pain, inflammation and swelling: heating is not recommended for the migraine band, however it may be used heated at your own discretion.

HOW TO USE

Place gel bead migraine band in a plastic bag and place in the freezer for at least 30 mins or chill In the refrigerator until desired temperature is achieved. Place over the forehead ensuring the fabric side is against the skin. Adjust straps for a comfortable fit. Wear for up to 20 minutes at a time.

NB: heating is not recommended for the head band, however it may be used heated at your own discretion.
