Cold therapy

• Fill bag two-thirds full with ice and cold water.
• Securely screw cap on and place on affected area.
• Do not ice one area of your body for longer than 20 minutes.

Hot therapy

• Fill bag two-thirds full with warm tap water (NOT hot or Boiling).
• Securely screw cap on and place on affected area.
• Drain & air dry bag prior to storage.
