The jack plug pelvic lead fits into a CLEO II socket, or one side of a Y cable if using with Cleo Q or Cleo Discreet for pelvic treatment; at the other end, it connects to a pair of periform leads which go into the pelvic probe. 

The jack plug lead cannot be used on it's own, and should only be purchased as a replacement if your existing jack plug lead becomes damaged or stops working.

If you need to replace an existing Cleo Q pelvic or a Cleo Discreet all in one or extended cable, then you will also need the periform extensions, and a Y cable. 

The jack plug lead with periforms can be used with a CLEO II, without a Y cable. 

In all cases, for pelvic treatment, if you don't already have one, you will require a pelvic probe, and for CLEO II, a program card
