The jack plug pelvic lead with periform extensions and Y cable is for use with Cleo Q or Cleo Discreet for pelvic treatment and fits into the unit at one end, then connects to the pelvic probe at the other.  

If you need to replace an existing Cleo Q pelvic or a Cleo Discreet all in one or extended cable, then this is the bundle you need. 

In all cases, for pelvic treatment, if you don't already have one, you will require a pelvic probe.
